1. About Peersly + OppBuddy
PeerslyOppBuddy.com ("PeerslyOppBuddy") is the umbrella organization that operates a family of accountability networks, currently including Peersly and OppBuddy. Each network has its own brand and audience, but both are operated by the same team and share common policies described here.
2. Information We Collect
When you join Peersly or OppBuddy we collect account information (name, email, password), profile information you choose to share, payment metadata from our payment processor, and operational data such as match history, messages, and calendar availability if you connect a calendar.
3. How We Use Information
We use your information to operate Peersly and OppBuddy, match you with accountability partners, send transactional and account email, process payments and refunds, and improve the Services.
4. Sharing Across Networks
Peersly and OppBuddy maintain separate member directories. Your profile and matches in one network are not shared with members of the other network. Internal operational data (logs, error reports, billing) is shared between Peersly, OppBuddy, and PeerslyOppBuddy.com because they are operated by the same team.
5. Third-Party Services
We use third-party providers including Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Google Calendar (optional integration), and our cloud hosting and database provider. Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy.
6. Your Choices
You can edit or delete your profile from inside Peersly or OppBuddy, request a refund within 30 days, or contact support to delete your account. Deleting your account on one network does not delete an account you may also have on the other.
